Hodge Podge.

Good evening everyone! I have named this post "Hodge Podge" because I have just that...a multitude of things to talk about and they really have no connections to each other lol.

Well, first off, today I got my MacBook clear, *Speck cover...(plug) I have to say, I like it. I got mine off of eBay because they are just super expensive! I got the "clear" version because I think it is pretty classy...I mean with clear I can still use my orange MacBook carrier without having to worry about colors clashing and I can also have any background I want on my computer without having to worry about it looking bad either. LOL. Actually, I really wanted a teal colored one, but I just couldn't fathom spending $50 on it, when the clear one was $25. Hmmm, someday, someday.

Next on the list of random subjects: I have been trying to find easy and creative ways to get my blog some exposure. You have any ideas? Oh wait, no one comments on my posts so how would I even know your ideas?! :HINT HINT: I have joined Myspace again, kind of kicking and screaming, because it is so annoying sometimes. I do have to say that they have revamped it a little and it seems a little classier now, but who knows. All I can say is that when I previously had my Myspace account, I got friend requests from the creepiest people. One in particular...his profile name was "Demon" and he tried to friend request me 3 times unsuccessfully before he got the hint...I know it isn't nice to judge a book by its cover, but seriously choose a less scary title...

I have also started to get my creative juices flowing by giving my sister some ideas for advertising for the non-profit that she works for. I was giving her some advice tonight as far as research goes and I must say that I'm pretty proud of myself for remembering all the details from my ad classes at Tech. :-) I have also decided that I think I am going to buy the Adobe Creative Suite as an investment piece. I mean I can get like a $1500 student discount right now...why not right?!

Hmmm, what else, what else...work has been draining me! It has been so busy I haven't really had a chance to breath in the last few weeks. This is a good thing let me remind you but man, I am glad I have some days off next week to regroup and get rested up for the upcoming month.

I also start grad school on the 31st! Eek!

Oh yes and I'd just like to wish all of my sorority sisters good luck with spirit week and recruitment next week. Ha, I'm so glad I don't have to do it anymore lol. oh I kid, I kid...not really though ;-)
