Wonderful New Week!

Hello! I have to say, this time last week I was dragging so bad. I had the worst week last week...like on the verge of tears, so tired I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat, and just plain grouchy...sorry everyone I encountered...I think my week started off so bad because I spent hours upon hours doing a test and it just drained me beyond belief, but, I made it through last week and I am so happy to be moved onto this week! Which, by the way, started out fabulously!

So this weekend I got to celebrate my Valentine's with Evan, finally! I made him chicken kabobs with veggies and rice. For dessert we had brownies, chocolate covered strawberries, and chocolate covered bananas! I think it all came out so good and I think Evan enjoyed himself! I made my apartment all romantic and lit candles like a sweet girlfriend. :-)

So, I just got off the phone with my friend Jen in Houston and she told me that she is getting married on MY BIRTHDAY next year! How exciting is that?!?! Lol, she was like, "Is that ok? I'm really sorry." I told her...it is a fabulous day and I can't just keep all that fabulousness to myself right?! So Jen and Artie are going to have something in common with me, they will always remember March 12th and love it!

Evan and I's anniversary is next Tuesday (March 2nd). I can't believe we have already been dating for a year...it really has flown by and I have loved every minute of it! I'm not sure what our plans are but he is moving into his townhouse this weekend so we will get to make a yummy meal in his new kitchen.

It is suppose to snow again tonight/tomorrow...I am seriously over this weather...this guy at work told me that historically, this time of year the average has been around 68 degrees. I would LOVE to have that kind of weather. I am ready to get my bathing suit on and lay out next to the pool! I don't do well in freezing temperatures...although last time it snowed, it did look gorgeous outside.

Just a bit of the Bachelor chat...since 'The Women Tell All' is on tonight...Michelle, yes you do need a therapist, you are completely insane and I can't believe you aren't ashamed of how you acted. Jake, you really made a mistake by not letting Ali come back, she is just the cutest one, not to mention she's in advertising and lives in San Fran...my dream lol. As far as next week's episode goes...I am sad to say that I have heard through numerous avenues that he choose Vienna...aka man face. Poor little Tenley is going to get her heart broken once again, but lets face it...Jake is looking for a good time...he is a creeper and needs a girl that is going to be 'fun'...if you do not know what I mean by that, then I don't think you are over the age of 18. That is my 2 cents...I am on team Ali, but as she is not in the running anymore...lets hope she becomes the next bachelorette!
